Shaniqua Rischer: A Passionate Servant and Leader
Shaniqua Rischer is a faith-driven leader, known for her commitment to serving others and her passion for empowering people through Christ. At 22, she dedicated her life to God, overcoming personal struggles with self-esteem and fear through prayer and faith. In 2009, a mission trip to Kenya inspired her to found At The Cross Global Ministries, with a global focus on impacting lives.
Shaniqua hosts the popular weekly broadcast Wednesday Word on social media. She is the author of Living A Fake Life for A Real God, God-Morning! Sixty Mornings with God, and The Boy Who Would Be King: 7 Lessons from The Life of David. Her forthcoming journal, To God Be The Glory: Sixty Days to Healing, continues her mission of faith-based empowerment.
In 2015, Shaniqua founded Rischer Consulting, specializing in nonprofit and small business consulting, grant writing, and leadership development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Baptist University. A licensed minister and active member of Disciple Central Community Church, Shaniqua has led multiple international missions and remains dedicated to inspiring others to walk boldly in their purpose.
